We assure all candidates of absolute confidentiality. Particulars of individuals will under no circumstance be divulged to a client without his or her consent. Furthermore, referees of candidates are never contacted without prior permission sought directly from the candidate. Candidate details will only be retained with the candidate's permission. To ensure details are maintained and up-to-date we periodically contact the candidate for a status check and candidates are kept informed throughout the process of application.
Interview Preparation
We place great emphasis in assisting candidates with interview preparation and specialise in this area. Our skills have been developed over many years and the advice we offer will instil greater confidence and improve a candidate’s ability to secure the correct career progression for them.
Candidate marketing
HintonLea does not use the typically broadcast approach to candidate marketing. In contrast to many resource organisations we use our extensive contacts within our client companies to anticipate need and match our candidates to appropriate roles. Thus ensuring a successful relationship for all both parties.
